I hear what people say and pay close attention to what they don't — then turn that into shipped workflows across EHR integrations, regulatory validation, and analytics that providers run their operations on every day.

Who I Am

PM by title,
translator by nature

I started with a landscape architecture degree, spent nearly a decade running enterprise technology across 15+ care sites at Columbine Health Systems, earned a Colorado Nursing Home Administrator license and ran a 130-bed SNF, then turned that operational foundation into 13 years of product leadership building the platforms that power post-acute healthcare nationwide. Twenty years in, the winding path was always the point.

My operational background is the differentiator. When I say I know why a night-shift nurse won't fill out that form, it's because I've worked alongside those nurses and seen their actual environment. That context is worth more than any certification.

I'm most effective where the mandate is platform evolution, architectural unification, and disciplined AI implementation — particularly where regulatory precision, clinical trust, and engineering partnership are non-negotiable.

My Superpower

I listen to the space between the words. People say what they think they need — I pay attention to what their actions are actually pointing to, then build that instead.

What I Build Toward

Platforms serving complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems — where one change has to work for a clinician, a compliance officer, and a CTO simultaneously, without breaking anything for any of them.

How I Work

Collaboratively and without ego — with strong engineering partnerships, clear ownership, and enough technical depth to co-design in the room rather than just translate after the meeting.

Currently Exploring

AI-native product and platform leadership roles where deep domain expertise is a strategic advantage, and where shipping in complex, regulated systems is part of the mission.

Proof of Work

Work that shipped

Three products. Real regulatory deadlines. Financial stakes that mattered to the providers running on them every day.

HOPE Expansion & HART Launch

From Regulatory Signal to Revenue Protection

4%

Revenue exposure

CMS introduced HOPE in November 2024, tying timely assessment submission to reimbursement performance and exposing hospices to delayed claims and up to 4% revenue reduction. I led early HOPE readiness by summer 2025 — deliberately ahead of enforcement — enabling provider testing, clinician training, and workflow embedding across four EHR integrations. During expansion I identified a critical gap for hospices whose EHR vendors weren't HOPE-ready, then repositioned the platform and delivered Simple for HART in eight weeks.

Platform Product Owner

Eight years building and evolving analytics platforms across every post-acute setting — SNF, home health, hospice, and acute/ACO — translating CMS regulatory changes into tools providers used daily to manage quality, reimbursement, and operational decisions at national scale. Built the first platform to integrate quality data with patient satisfaction, first-in-industry hospice claims-based analytics, and first SNF scorecards of their kind, while leading product through the Team TSI acquisition integration and maintaining roughly 95% client retention across programs that set national industry benchmarks.

Principal PM

Rescued a stalled platform after 2.5 years of inactivity, reset MVP scope, and restored trust across customers, partners, and leadership. Then built across three product lines simultaneously — Home Health Connect (700+ scrubber rules, 2 EHRs), SNF analytics including a predictive hospitalization risk model built with MDS data at millions-of-records scale and a full rewrite of the Discharge Function Score measure, and the Watchtower internal tooling platform that gave support, engineering, and customer success teams UI-level visibility into data lineage without touching code. The hospice regulatory work ran concurrently with all of this: SimpleConnect for Hospice launched HIS scrubbing and iQIES submission in Feb. 2025 and expanded to full HOPE compliance that summer, and Simple for HART — built in 8 weeks with an international team using AI-assisted coordination — delivered the week before the Oct. 1, 2025 CMS deadline, keeping hospices whose EHR vendors weren't ready from losing Medicare reimbursement.

What Makes Me Different

I hear what
people don't say

Regardless of industry or whether I've seen the specific problem before, I can wade into almost any messy human situation and start making sense of it — listening to the patterns in what's being avoided, the frustration underneath a polite request, the thing everyone in the room is thinking but nobody says out loud.

Then I build toward that unspoken thing — not the feature requested, but the need underneath it, the one that would actually move people forward.

This thread runs from running a nursing facility to building analytics platforms to leading an 8-week regulatory sprint, and it's the same skill I bring to AI product work, where understanding complex human systems matters more than ever.

What they say

"We need better reports."

What they actually need

"Help me understand why my patients aren't coming back."

What they say

"Can we add a notification?"

What they actually need

"I'm afraid I'll miss something and a patient will be harmed."
