2003 – 2012
Columbine Health Systems
Landscape architecture degree became enterprise IT leadership across 15+ care sites and service lines. Migrated 35+ applications to an offsite data center, cut IT costs by 30%, earned a Colorado NHA license, and ran a 130-bed SNF while training a replacement administrator.
2012 – 2014
MatrixCare
Promoted to Senior PM based on owning complex cross-functional work. Built new product lines from concept through delivery, led global product strategy, designed analytics that turned raw operational data into something providers could act on, and served as release lead across product, engineering, training, sales, and support.
2014 – 2022
Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP)
Eight years building and evolving analytics platforms across every post-acute setting — SNF, home health, hospice, and acute/ACO — translating CMS regulatory changes into tools providers used daily to manage quality, reimbursement, and operational decisions at national scale. Built the first platform to integrate quality data with patient satisfaction, first-in-industry hospice claims-based analytics, and first SNF scorecards of their kind, while leading product through the Team TSI acquisition integration and maintaining roughly 95% client retention across programs that set national industry benchmarks.
2022 – Present
Simple (Netsmart)
Rescued a stalled platform after 2.5 years of inactivity, reset MVP scope, and restored trust across customers, partners, and leadership. Then built across three product lines simultaneously — Home Health Connect (700+ scrubber rules, 2 EHRs), SNF analytics including a predictive hospitalization risk model built with MDS data at millions-of-records scale and a full rewrite of the Discharge Function Score measure, and the Watchtower internal tooling platform that gave support, engineering, and customer success teams UI-level visibility into data lineage without touching code. The hospice regulatory work ran concurrently with all of this: SimpleConnect for Hospice launched HIS scrubbing and iQIES submission in Feb. 2025 and expanded to full HOPE compliance that summer, and Simple for HART — built in 8 weeks with an international team using AI-assisted coordination — delivered the week before the Oct. 1, 2025 CMS deadline, keeping hospices whose EHR vendors weren't ready from losing Medicare reimbursement.

Building Out Loud
Enrolled in Superhuman AI with Uncommon Business, building real prototypes like CarePathIQ, ContinuIQ, and ShiftIQ — applied AI for clinical and operational decision support in regulated post-acute workflows — and looking for platform and product leadership roles where deep domain expertise, fast delivery, and AI-native thinking all matter.
